The first Calm Collective women’s circle of the year is on tomorrow evening. The doors at the The Loft Yoga Lounge will open at 5:45 PM and we will kick off with our beautiful kick out ceremony, followed by a guided meditation to set yourself some intentions and visualize where we see ourselves in the next month to the next year. This is a space to share comfortably be seen heard and feel completely supported. I’ll also be cooking a yummy plant-based dinner for everyone so do let me know by noon tomorrow if you are coming so I can plan ahead.
